About Me
Nice to meet you! - I'm Florian Fiechter, an enthusiastic advocate for exceptional user experiences (UX) and a dedicated strategist in the field of User Experience. With over 15 years of global expertise, I've been passionately crafting strategies and leading teams to bridge the gap between outstanding user experiences and tangible business outcomes.
My journey in UX has been driven by a profound belief that shapes both my personal and professional life: the interconnectedness of well-being and success. I firmly believe that people's well-being in their professional and personal lives are interconnected. To me, passion and satisfaction at work are not just keys to a successful career but also essential for a fulfilling personal life.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I'm a proud father and husband. My daughter is my greatest inspiration, and my wife is my anchor in stormy times. My love for my family transcends into my commitment to fostering team harmony and trust in my professional role. Additionally, I'm a passionate lover of vintage, top-quality wine. For me, indulging in wine and good food is not merely a hobby but also an opportunity to relax and celebrate the joys of life.
Embracing adventure and lifelong learning is another cornerstone of my life philosophy. This enthusiasm for life and the joy of experiencing new things also resonate in my work, where I cultivate an environment for team members that encourages continual learning, problem-solving, and growth.

My approach to UX ensures clear outcomes and success measurement, all aimed at not just enhancing products and services, but also at improving people's lives, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. From devising comprehensive strategies to implementing outcome-driven roadmaps, I've consistently delivered impactful results that resonate with both users and stakeholders alike.
With these beliefs and passions, I lead teams and advocate for a work culture that prioritizes both professional and personal development. I firmly believe that the connection between personal happiness and professional success works in both directions, ultimately leading to lasting fulfillment in both the job and personal life.
